the location was directly by the beach. the resort included many loungers near the pools.

the staff were friendly. reception was acceptable.
The evening food lacked variety and was often dry. the swim-up rooms are misleading. the depth is less than 30cm. The water is basically at shin level. i was very disappointed by that

clean hotel good service
the hotel was very clean. many sunbeds and sofas were available to enjoy the sun after swims. the spa also provided a good hammam service.

a Wonderful experience
pool loungers clean resort safe location short walk
i found many pool loungers available. The resort was clean and the staff were nice. I appreciated the safe location. It was a short walk to the beach, so I could swim and return to my lounge chair.
the wifi was a little sketchy at times it could not handle a lot of users.

the gym included treadmills and stationary bikes. The pools had ample seating and shaded areas. Guests could find spaces for relaxation and activities easily.

excellent hot tubs available loungers clean area
i found the communal areas spacious and clean. the pool area had plenty of space with available loungers. the hot tubs and seating area were excellent!!!
The gym seemed under equipped for its size. It lacked some equipment.

Decent Stay with Some Issues
modern room spacious room jacuzzi pools poor entertainment reluctant staff hard towel
The room felt modern and spacious, it was better than some hotels I stayed. I liked that it was restocked daily by the housekeeping team. There was a lot of space with plenty of sunbeds to use after a swim. Three large jacuzzi pools.
The evening entertainment was poor, I found it amateur. The bar staff seemed reluctant when giving out certain drinks. I noticed beach towels were old and hard, I think they need to be replaced. I also thought that the toiletries were inadequate for a hotel with this rating.

inconsistent temperature unreliable mini-bar
I must say, my room had an issue. The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It would cycle between lukewarm and an arctic blast, regardless of what temperature I set. the promised mini-bar restock was a daily gamble. Some days it happened, others it didn't. I never knew when I'd be able to have a beverage.
